The Orthopedic Department at Wuhan Asia General Hospital is equipped with world-class advanced medical equipment, featuring two multifunctional orthopedic surgical tables, one Leica surgical microscope, a Stryker arthroscope, a spinal endoscope, a Medtronic orthopedic power system, a bone drilling system, an orthopedic ultrasonic knife, and one Siemens C-arm and one General G-arm. The department also provides various orthopedic treatment devices and bedside rehabilitation therapy equipment, such as electric traction beds, microwave therapy devices, and red-blue light therapy devices.

The department is capable of performing procedures such as total hip arthroplasty revision, arthroscopic examinations and surgeries, malignant tumor segment resection with artificial prosthesis replacement, anterior and posterior decompression and internal fixation for cervical spondylosis, occipitocervical decompression and fusion, posterior cervical single (double) door decompression with mini-plate internal fixation, transabdominal thoracic back plate surgery for vertebral fixation post-surgery, and complex open reduction and internal/external fixation for limb joint fractures. It also offers various minimally invasive surgeries using spinal endoscopes and arthroscopes.

The department aligns with developed countries in Europe and America by implementing concepts such as "minimally invasive treatment" and "pain-free wards," as well as an integrated "orthopedic rehabilitation" model that emphasizes postoperative rehabilitation. Additionally, the department includes a rehabilitation assessment room, exercise therapy room, traction room, and physical therapy room, allowing each patient to choose appropriate treatment methods based on their conditions, resulting in more organized and rational rehabilitation projects to enhance service quality.
